Returns
We attempt to ensure that all our pieces are thoroughly checked for quality before dispatch, however due to circumstances beyond our control, if there is any case of damage /defect in an item for which we would be open to replacement of the piece. Please note that an unboxing video is a must to claim any replacement due to damage/ defect. We request you to send us images of the package as it arrived with the external damage visible, within 48 hours of receiving the product. Alternately you can call our customer care number +91 8584828869 between the hours of 11 am and 6 pm Monday to Saturday (excluding National / Public Holidays) and our team will assist you. Goods must be returned in the same packaging that they were sent in, also importantly with the tags intact and attached with the outfit. The shipping cost of the return would need to be borne by you (The customer) and we will bear the shipping cost of the replacement piece being sent to you. We would need at least 10 working days for a replacement to be provided in this instance, and request your patience, should this situation occur.
Goods are replaced in the same style, subject to availability of inventory. In the unlikely event we are unable to for some reason provide you with a replacement piece; we would provide you with a store credit which could be utilized in any future purchase you make with us. Store credit can be utilized against any future purchases and is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of issue.
Exchange
We accept a size exchange for our products. Please write to thatthingyoulovein@gmail.com with a size change request and our team will coordinate a size replacement for your piece.
Alternately you could call our customer care number +91 8584828869 between the hours of 11 am and 7 pm Monday to Saturday (excluding National / Public Holidays ) and our team will assist you. The shipping cost of the return would need to be borne by you and we will bear the shipping cost of the replacement piece being sent to you in exchange. Goods must be returned in the same packaging they were sent in, with all items intact including invoice(s). We would request you to advise us of any size change request within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase and ship the product back to us such that it should reach us within 5 working days from the date of the delivery. The returned product should be in perfect unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. The labels and tags should all be intact on the piece.
The team at That Thing You Love, retains the discretion to determine and conclude whether the piece has been returned in intact and unused condition and their decision shall be final. The replacement piece in the requested size would be delivered to you within 10 working days of us receiving the returned piece in our warehouse. Due to limited inventories, in case we are in a situation unable to give you the replacement piece in the new size requested by you, we would provide you a credit note for the same amount, which would be valid for 60 days for purchases on our website.
Kindly also note that returns or exchanges would not be valid for any customized products, this could be customization in size, colour or any minor changes made to a standard outfit. In case we make outfits for your custom measurements then no return or exchange would be possible.
Refunds
We do not provide any refund on goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for a size replacement, if they meet our terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances we would provide you a credit note for the same amount, which would be valid for 60 days for purchases on our website.
Products that were purchased on sale, at a discount, through a promotional offer, using a coupon, or with a gift voucher cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged
Please note that international orders (Deliveries outside INDIA) are not eligible for returns/refunds/exchanges.
Fabrics
Kindly note that delicate fabrics like Satin, Organza, etc; are susceptible to wear and tear and are prone to thread coming out due to getting stuck/ entangled with various objects. This is the nature of the fabric and should/will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
